Method- Heat milk in a deep pan, add the rice, sugar, charoli, kesar, cardamom powder and boil for a minute on a slow flame.
- Add the apricot pulp and pieces, mix well and simmer for half a minute.
- Garnish it with pistachios and serve hot.
