Ingredients

1 large onion , thinly sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups chopped asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) powder
1 cup sliced grapes
2 cups canned artichoke hearts , quartered

Method
    Method
  1. Soak the sliced shallots in the lemon juice and keep aside.
  2. Grease the asparagus spears with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle salt evenly on them,
  3. Place them in a foil-lined roasting pan, and cook for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and fork tender.
  4. Alternatively, you can also grill them until nicely charred and fork tender, between 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the asparagus from the oven or grill and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Combine the asparagus and the remaining ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  7. Add as much of the liquid from the canned artichokes.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
