Bananas Flambe recipe - How to make Bananas Flambe
Method- Cut the bananas length-wise and place in a pan with the cut side down.
- Add the sugar, butter and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, turning the bananas 3 to 4 times in-between to prevent them from becoming soggy.
- Just before serving, pour the brandy into a large spoon and warm on a flame. Set alight and pour the burning brandy over the bananas.
- Serve at once with sweetened cream or with vanilla ice-cream.
