Ingredients

190 gms parle g biscuits , powdered
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder
2 tbsp sugar powder
2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
5 drops vanilla essence
5 gms fruit salt
150 to 200 ml milk
butter for greasing
plain flour (maida) for dusting

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the biscuit powder,cocoa powder, drinking chocolate powder, sugar powder, fruit salt and sieve 2 times.
  2. Transfer in a bowl, add vanilla essence and slowly add 150 ml milk to the seived mixture while whisking continuously.
  3. Add more milk if required to form a batter of pouring consistency.
  4. Add the mixed nuts and mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased and dusted microwave safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
  6. Cool and unmould and cut to pieces and serve.

If I don''t have drinking chocolate powder.what can I do?can I leave it or replace with any other thing?

   Hi Priya, you can replace it with cocoa powder. However, you might need more milk to adjust the consistency of the batter. Aprrox 50 ml.

superb!! tried using good day biscuits.tasted amazing but it didnt hold well..on handling it became powdery...so i guess u shudnt vary from parle g biscuits..
