For Cheese and Spring Onion Sandwich
12 toasted bread slices
butter for spreading

To Be Mixed Into A Cheese and Spring Onion Stuffing
1/2 cup cheese spread
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
salt and to taste

For Serving With Cheese and Spring Onion Sandwich
tomato ketchup

Method
For cheese and spring onion sandwich

To make cheese and spring onion sandwich, divide the cheese and spring onion stuffing into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
Apply a little butter on each bread slice and keep aside.
Place a toasted bread slice on a clean, dry surface with the buttered side facing upwards.
Spread a portion of the cheese and spring onion stuffing evenly over it and sandwich it using another bread slice with the buttered side facing downwards.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 5 more sandwiches.
Serve the cheese and spring onion sandwich immediately with tomato ketchup.

Stuffing for Cheese Spring Onion Sandwich
