Bread is always a hot favourite with kids, and toasted triangles tops the charts. Cheesy Corn Dip with Toasted Triangles is an exciting way of serving up your kids’ favourite snack with an exotic, homemade dip rather than opting for run-of-the-mill accompaniments like jam or standard dips like cheese sauce or readymade salsa. With crushed corn and cheese, this luscious dip has just the texture that kids love, perked up further by the exciting flavours lent by chilli flakes and Tabasco sauce. Treat your kids to this wonderful surprise when they come home hungry from school – and you will find that it is actually tasty enough to even serve as a starter at a party.
