Ingredients

10 big cauliflower pieces
1 capsicum , shredded
10 baby corn (parboiled)
10 french beans (parboiled) , sliced
a pinch of m.s.g (optional)
2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 teacup tomato puree
2 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

    Method
  1. 1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on a high flame. Add the ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the vegetables and ajinomoto and cook for a few minutes.
  3. 3. Add the tomato puree.
  4. 4. Mix the cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add to the vegetables.
  5. 5. Add the salt and cook for a few minutes. If you like, add a pinch of sugar.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
