Ingredients


1 cup Steamed Rice
2 tsp chilli powder
1 green chilli
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables (potato, cabbage, carrot, green peas, cauliflower, spring onions)
oil to fry
salt as required
1/2 cup bread toast

Method

  1. Smash the cooked rice and add all the masalas.
  2. Chop all the vegetables and add it to the above mixture.
  3. Add salt as required.
  4. Make small lemon size balls and saute it in the bread crumb powder and deep fry it.
  5. Cook and fry rice is ready.
