Method- Dissolve the jaggery in one litre of water and strain to remove sand particles, dirt etc.
- Combine the tulsi , oregano, lemon grass, ginger and gooseberries and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Add the jaggery water, lemon juice, honey and blend again in mixer till smooth.
- Strain and remove the pulp.
- Serve chilled.
