Ingredients

1 cup sweet corn (makai ke dane), boiled
100 gms spinach (palak), finely chopped
4 medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
50 gms green peas
2 cups chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
2 to 3 green chillies
1 tbsp maize flour (makai ka atta) , roasted (for binding the dough)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
salt and chilli powder to taste
oil for roasting

Method

Mix all the ingredients including seasonings .
Make a smooth dough.shape them like rolls and toss them in home made bread crumbs.
Roast on non stick tawa till light brown, serve on a lettuce leaf along with salad ( cucumber , tomato and carrot slices ).
Serve with mint coriander chutney.
