Cottage Cheese Cutlets

This is not really a barbeque recipe but I like the way the cottage cheese melts lightly when grilled just before you serve them. It's also a substantial dish to add to a barbeque menu. Serve them with burger buns to make veggie burgers.

Hi Kirti, Coat the potato cutlet in cornflour. Sprinkle little cornflour on the plate and put them in a deep freezer. Remove it just before frying so, that it doesn''t form any moisture around it. Also, you can put them in ziplock and store in the deepfreezer. Paneer cutlet cannot be made on previous day.
