For Creamy Cheese Dip
4 cheese slices , broken into pieces
2 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
a pinch of salt

 nacho chips
potato wafers
bread pieces

Method

  1. To make creamy cheese dip, combine the cornflour and 1 tbsp of milk in a small bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the cheese slice pieces, ½ cup of milk and capsicum in a microwave safe bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Add the cornflour-milk mixture, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the mustard powder and little salt and mix well.
  5. Serve creamy cheese dip immediately with nacho chips, wafers and bread pieces.

  2. Add 1 tbsp of milk to it. 
  3. Mix well and keep aside. 
  4. To proceed making the creamy cheese dip,  take cheese slices broken into pieces in a microwave safe bowl.  
  5. Add 1/2 cup milk.
  6. Add capsicum. It would add a nice flavour to our cheese dip. 
  7. Mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  8. Add prepared corn-flour mixture. It will help in thickening the cheese dip. 
  9. Mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes. 
  10. Add mustard powder and very little salt. Cheese already contains salt so be careful while adding salt.

ultimately creamy and cheesy dip, the capsicum flavor is just too good. I had served this at a cocktail party, my guest just could not stop appreciating.

This is so easy and cheesy!!All you have to do is just combine everything and microwave. No tension of stirring it or anything. It is so cheesy and those finely cut capsicum gives a nice crunch and mouth feel. Tastes amazing with bread pieces.
