Dahi Curry recipe - How to make Dahi Curry
- Cut onions fine.
- Bagar till light brown.
- Add kadipatta, chillies, red chillie powder, rye, ginger/garlic paste, haldi, maggie seasoning, cut tomatoes (fine) and bagar.
- Remove from fire and cool for sometime.
- Then after 5-10 mins.
- Add curd and put again on stove till it almost comes to a boil.
- Do not overboil.
- Add kothmir. serve.
