I''m from an Indian Brussels and I somehow ended up with lettuce in my Fridge which I never tried in anything other than salad. When I searched for a nice recipe with lettuce came across this soup. I just made it and it made my day😋😋😋.. Thanks for this wonderful recipe...

How well does it freeze?

   We have not tried to freeze it. It has onions as well it will go bad and plus it will lose its nutrients and taste may differ.

A healthy soup with minimal ingredients. I agree iceberg lettuce is the best to make this perfect low cal soup.
