Ingredients


1 1/2 cups oreo cookie crumbs
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup melted butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup granuled sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups cool whip

Method

  1. Mix together first four ingredients and beat well.
  2. Add cool whip and beat a little more.
  3. Mix and save 1/2 cup for topping.
  4. Spread in dessert bowls or 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Spread over crumbs. top with leftover crumbs.
  6. Drizzle with caramel topping.
  7. Freeze and serve frozen.
