Ingredients


120 ml champagne (joie)
30 ml vodka
dash of blue curacao
a long peel of sweet lime (mosambi)

Method
    Main procedure
  1. Pour the vodka into a large martini glass. Top with the champagne and gently drizzle the curacao into the bottom of the glass. It will stay at the base if poured gently.
  2. Garnish with the sweet lime peel and serve immediately.
