Fried Arbi recipe - How to make Fried Arbi
Method- Boil arbi in pressure cooker for 1 whistle, cool and peel the arbis.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the arbi till they turn golden brown in colour.
- Press all fried arbis one by one with a katori and keep aside.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in another kadai and add the asafoetida and carom seeds.
- Put the pressed arbi and add all the masalas and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with plain parathas.
