Ingredients

4 cups vanilla or chocolate boiled soyabeans milk
2 tbsp wheat flakes or quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp raisins (kismis)
3 chopped pitted dates (khajur)
3 tbsp honey
1 glass ice cubes

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of smoothie in 4 individual glasses Serve immediately.

Nice recipe. But can I use True Elements Multigrain Flakes as a substitute for Wheat flakes
