Gulkand Thandai Smoothie recipe - How to make Gulkand Thandai Smoothie
Method- Soak the melon seeds, poppyseeds, fennel seeds, saffron, peppercorns, almonds and pistachious in milk for 1 hour.
- Add the soaked in milk ingredients, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, fresh curds, honey, misri, gulkand, kewra water and icecubes in a smoothie maker and blend till smooth.
- Pour into glass,garnish with gulkand and serve immediately.
