Ingredients

10 to 12 marie biscuit , powdered
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp butter
3 to 4 drops chocolate essence
milk to knead dough
1 tsp ghee
1/2 cup mango pulp
1 tbsp cream
whipped cream for garnishing

Method
    Method
  1. In a bowl, combine the marie biscuit powder, cocoa powder, butter, chocolate essence, sugar powder and mix well.
  2. Add milk and knead into a medium soft dough.
  3. Now take a big ball of this dough and roll to a roti of medium thickness between 2 plastic sheets.
  4. Cut with a cutter and keep aside.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan and put the mango pulp and cook till the mixture thickens.
  6. Add the cream and mix well.
  7. Take the biscuit mixture which was cut to rounds and spread the mango mixture on it.
  8. Close with the another biscuit round.
  9. Swirl out whipped cream on the top and serve at room temperature.
