Ingredients


750 ml milk
1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp g.m.s (foom booster)
1/4 tsp c.m.c. (alginate)
6 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk powder or condensed milk
1 cup cream
3 large mangoes (2 mango pulp)
1 mango, chopped
1/2 tsp mango essence
1/2 cup cream

Method

  1. Divide milk
  2. 100mllt to mix ingredients
  3. 650 ml lit to boil ,make 2\3 of it
  4. Mix corn flour ,cmc ,gms ,thourougly ,strain ,mix with boiling milk.
  5. Thicken till coats back of spoon.
  6. Remove from fire add sugar
  7. Allow to cool
  8. Keep in freezer to set
  9. After 5-6 hour when set ,beat it nicely ,till fluffy
  10. Add fresh cream refrigerate
  11. After 2 hours again churn & set
  12. Add mango pulp ,mix well decorate with mango pieces
  13. Set again ,serve after setting.
