Mango Pani Puri recipe - How to make Mango Pani Puri
Method- For stuffing
- Soak the kokam in 1/2 cup of warm water for 30 minutes, drain and mash them well. Sieve the mixture and keep aside/
- Combine the mango puree, kokam water, coriander and mint and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients and 1 1/2 cop of water.
How to proceed- Take a puri ,fill it with stuffing,pour some imli chutney over it and dip it into the pani and serve immediately.
