Method- Take a big bowl and mix all the above ingredients except oil and mix well.
- Sprinkle little water on the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll out each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) flat round tikki.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using oil (as required).
- Cook each tikki till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
