  4. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the cheese. If cheese slices are not handy, make use of grated processed cheese or add a dollop of cheese spread instead.
  6. Add chilli flakes.
  7. Add oregano. Adjust the quantity of dried herbs as per your liking.
  8. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute or until the water has been absorbed completely, while stirring occasionally. Divide the maggi mixture into 4 equal portions.
  9. Place 2 toasted bread slices on a clean, dry surface. We have made use of white bread slices but, you can even use brown bread or multigrain bread multigrain bread.
