Orange Chuski recipe - How to make Orange Chuski
Method- Combine the sugar and water in a pan and stir over low heat till the sugar dissolves. Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool.
- Peel and deseed the oranges and purée the oranges by passing it through a sieve to a fine pulp.
- Combine the orange pulp, sugar syrup, orange squash and orange colour, mix well.
- Pour into plastic ice-cube tray, insert a wooden ice cream stick in each mould and freeze for 6 to 8 hours till firm.
