Tweet Recipe Description for Orange Sesame Tabbouleh ( Lebanese Tabbouleh Recipe ) Preparation Time: 10 minsCooking Time: 10 mins Makes 4 servings Show me for servings Ingredients 1/2 cup orange segments , cut into halves1 cup broken wheat (dalia)1/2 cup finely chopped parsley2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens1 tbsp grated orange rind1/4 cup orange squash salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup tomato cubesFor The Garnish1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (til) Method Combine the broken wheat with 2 cups of water in a sauce pan and cook on a medium lame for 8 to 10 minutes or till it is soft.Drain and refresh it with cold water and again drain well.Transfer the broken wheat to a bowl, add the parsley, spring onion greens, orange zest, orange squash, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and olive oil and toss well.Refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.Just before serving, add the orange segments and tomatoes and toss well.Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds.
