Palak Parantha recipe - How to make Palak Parantha
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and knead into soft dough, without adding water.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a paratha of 5" diameter.
- Cook each paratha on a tava, using oil until golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot with curds or raitha.
