Ingredients


For The Paneer Mixture
2 tsp oil
100 gms paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
2 garlic (lehsun) baguette
4 tsp butter
200 gms lettuce leaves
4 tomatoes , cut into slices
2 cucumber , cut into slices
2 tsp sandwich masala
10 black olives , sliced
1 cup chopped capsicum (red , green and yellow)
2 tsp mustard (rai/ sarson) sauce
2 tsp mayonnaise
3 tsp chilli sauce
8 jalapenos

For the Paneer Mixture

    For the Paneer Mixture
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add paneer and the remaining ingredients, mix well and saute till the paneer turns soft.
  2. Keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Cut the bread from center and apply little butter on both the sides.
  2. Arrange few lettuce leaves and place 6-7 tomato slices, sprinkle sandwich masala on tomatoes.
  3. Arrange 7 to 8 cucumber slices followed by capsicum and spread half of the prepared paneer mixture, 1 tsp mustard sauce and 1 tsp mayonnaise and 1½ tsp chilli sauce evenly on top.
  4. Place 3 to 4 olives and jalapenos and cover with lettuce leaves and sprinkle sandwich masala.
  5. Cover with other slice and similarly prepare other sandwich.
  6. Cut and serve immediately.
