- Soak peas, rajmah and soya separately for 2 hours.
- Wash rice and drain.
- Chop onion.
- In a tick bottomed kadai, heat oil--fry onion. (medium flame.) after 3 or 4 minutes add tomatoes, ground masala, turmeric powder. stir well.
- Add rice, soaked pulses, salt, curry leaves. remove all to a pressure cooker, add enough water. mix well. pressure cook for 7 minutes.
- Serve hot with achar, pappad and any kind of raitha.
