Method- Take a bowl, add all chopped vegetables, paneer, red chilli garlic paste, chilli flakes, oregano herbs, salt, black salt, tomato sauce, bundi, crushed pudhina and cheese cube and mix well.
- Fill the goll gappa with this above stuffing completly then dip this golgappe into besan batteer.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry them till they turn crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot.
