Saffron&elaichi Crepes recipe - How to make Saffron&elaichi Crepes
- Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl, except for the saffron which has to be dissolved in a little of water then added.
- Mix until smooth.
- Use a soup spoon to put the mix in the pan on medium heat.
- Allow to cook a little then turn on the other side until its golden brown.
- Remove and leave to cool. repeat the same for the remaining mix.
