Southern Spicy Pasta recipe - How to make Southern Spicy Pasta
- Cook pasta al dente (must not be overcooked), rinse in cold water and drain well.
- Quick saute sliced mushrooms in olive oil and set aside.
- Add oregano, pressed garlic, and chili to pasta and saute pasta mix in light amount of oil until some of the pasta is slightly crispy. (depending on the size of your skillet, it is best to saute in portions.)
- Stir in chopped cilantro, sprinkle garlic salt to taste and top off with sauteed mushrooms.
