Soya Crunchies recipe - How to make Soya Crunchies
Method- Grind together coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic and keep aside.
- In a bowl, take boiled soya granules, besan, green paste, salt, chilli powder, soya sauce and mix well, adding some water if required.
- Heat oil in a kadhai, make small pakodas of the soya mixture and deep fry on medium flame till crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
