Rather than salt, i used a few shakes of liquid aminos & a couple of splashes white vinegar. I put 3 tbls of full fat yogurt in a mug & tempered it w/ some hot soup, eventually filling mug w/hot soup. Although it deviates from your recipe, I appreciated the base & would make this again w/additional veggies.

Loads of iron and folic acid rich spinach and chick peas in vegetable stock, give a good crunch to this soup. Addition of oregano gives an exotic flvaour further.
