Ingredients

2 cups pineapple cream biscuits , powdered
1 cup milk
1/2 cup coarsely powdered cashewnuts (kaju)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
glaced pineapple for garnishing

    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients together and stir well to make a thick batter.
  2. Grease an idli mould and fill half of each mould with the batter and steam for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Serve hot or cold garnished with glace pineapple, with custard or ice cream, if desired.

    Variations
  1. Use orange, vanilla or chocolate flavoured cream biscuits. Decorate with cashewnuts, raisins or chocolate chips respectively.
