Steamed Feista recipe - How to make Steamed Feista
Method- Combine all the ingredients together and stir well to make a thick batter.
- Grease an idli mould and fill half of each mould with the batter and steam for 6-7 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold garnished with glace pineapple, with custard or ice cream, if desired.
Variations- Use orange, vanilla or chocolate flavoured cream biscuits. Decorate with cashewnuts, raisins or chocolate chips respectively.
