Ingredients

4 cups milk
1 cup strawberry pulp
a pinch of citric acid (nimbu ka phool)
2 tsp cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp green cardamom (elaichi) powder
1 cup of sugar
8 almonds (badam) , chopped

Method
    Method
  1. Bring milk to a deep pan and simmer till it thickens and reduces to half.
  2. Mix citric acid in two tsp of water and add to the thickened milk.
  3. Add the strawberry pulp and sugar and mix well.
  4. Then add cornflower-water mixture and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.
  5. Add green cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Take the pan off the flame and keep aside to cool.
  7. Divided the mixture into eight equal portions and shape them strawberry sandesh.
  8. Sprinkle chopped almonds over the strawberry sandesh and serve
