Ingredients


For The Cake Mixture
vanilla sponge cake crumbs
1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts (almond , I840 , pistachio)
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
few saffron (kesar) strands
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 drops of yellow colour

To Be Mixed Together For The Paan Mixture
4 to 6 betel leaves (paan) , finely chopped
2 tbsp hari patti (optional)
1/4 cup gulkand
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
2 tbsp tutti-frutti
1/4 tsp elachi powder
1/4 tsp betel leaves (paan) masala essence
2 drops green colour

For The Topping
beaten whipped cream (fill in I1960 with star nozzle)
betel leaves (paan) masala crush (readily available) (optional)
amul chocolate chips

Method
For the cake mixture

    For the cake mixture
  1. In a bowl combine the sponge cake crumbs, mixed nuts, cardamom powder and saffron strands, mix well using a fork.
  2. Add cream cheese and mix again using a fork. Keep aside.

How to proceed

    How to proceed
  1. Divide the cake mixture and paan mixture into 4 portions.
  2. Take 4 small glasses and in each glass put a portion on the cake mixture and press lightly.
  3. Top it with a portion of the paan mixture and press lightly. Pipe a swirl of beaten whipped cream on top of it.
  4. Drizle some paan masala crush and sprinkle a few choco chips.
  5. Chill and serve.
