Ingredients


For The Tortilla
1 cup maize flour (makai ka atta)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
salt to taste
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 cup olive oil

For The Filling
1/4 cup pineapple jam
1/4 cup shredded apple
1/4 cup kiwi strips
1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
a few basil leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup shredded cabbage

To Garnish
grated carrot

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the tortillas in a bowl, add warm water and knead the dough.
  2. Roll 5" tortillas and roast it on tava until brownish and well cooked.
  3. Keep fresh tortilla on clean dry surface. Spread little jam.
  4. Arrange little of each ingredients like apple, kiwi, paneer, cabbage, basil and season it well.
  5. Drizzle little olive oil.
  6. Close its sides.
  7. Roll it up well and tight so that its easy to life it up and eat.
  8. Garnish it with grated carrots.
  9. Serve immediately.
