Ingredients

8 garlic (lehsun) cloves (lehsun) , chopped
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 cup buttermilk
salt to taste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp ghee
1 red chilli (optional)

    Method
  1. Dry roast the chopped garlic
  2. Till it turns brown.
  3. Grind garlic with coconut to a smooth paste.
  4. Add buttermilk and salt.
  5. Season with rai,ghee and red chilli. (optional)
  6. You can drink or eat with plain rice.
