Ingredients

2 cups chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
1 1/2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
2 to 2 1/2 cups orange juice
2 tbsp powdered sugar
4 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
4 cups water
10-12 crushed ice cubes
8-10 chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves

For Garnishing
8-10 scooped watermelon (tarbuj) balls

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend using a hand blender till smooth.
  2. Pour into individual serving glass.
  3. Serve chilled garnished with 2-3 scooped watermelon balls.
