Vegetable Chilli recipe - How to make Vegetable Chilli
- Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.peel and dice the carrot and potatoes.
- Halve the pepper ,discarding the stem, seeds and pith and dice the flesh.drain the beans and rinse under cold water.drain the corn.
- Heat oil in a kadai , put onions and garlic and fry for few mts.
- Stir in carrots ,potatoes ,pepper ,beans and corn.combine the tomatoes stock ,chilli sauce ,tomato puree and sugar to the vegetables .saute and cook till the vegetables are tender.at last add salt and pepper.
- Serve topped with low fat yogurt and low fat cheddar cheese.
