2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp caraway seeds (shahjeera)

1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1/4 tsp chilli powder

Good. Add bottle gourd at the very end just before making tikes. Can make it 1/4 cup besan (4tbsp). Substitute mint with cilantro if possible.
