Method

  1. Steam rice and green gram dhal in a pressure cooker with salt & turmeric powder.
  2. Heat dalda in a pan add black peppers, cumin seeds & cashew nuts and fry until the cashews are golden. add curry leaves.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and pour this over the steamed rice and dhal mixture.
  4. Mix well.
