Method
    Main Procedure
  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the carrots, baby corn , broccoli and mushrooms and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add ½ cup of water and vegetarian stock cube and bring to boil.
  4. Add the Oyster sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, sugar, cornflour mixture, salt and pepper. Mix well and allow it to thicken slightly.
  5. Add the noodles and toss well.
  6. Serve immediately.

the oyster sauce is the hero of the dish! The mix f veggies is great and the noodles have a unique flavour..loved it :D
