1 cup sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
2 cups cooked chinese rice
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
For The Garnish
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
