Ingredients

1 1/4 cups bran flakes cereal
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/4 cups apple juice
1/4 cup margarine , melted
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 apple , peeled , cored and chopped

Method
    Method
  1. Combine bran flakes, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the apple juice, margarine, vanilla essence and apple and mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tins.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 °f (190 °c) for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve warm.
