1/4 cup deseeded and chopped dates (khajur)
1/2 cup chilled thick curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

A very healthy apple and date shake and tastes awesome. Gave it to my children who always avoid eating dates and apples. I try and drink it after my workout too. The best part is that it avoids sugar and its natural sweetness is because of dates.
