1 cup milk
2 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 tbsp lemon juice and lemon rind
3 tbsp honey


  1. 1)blend all ingridents.
  2. 2)add extra honey or salt if necessary.
  3. 3)if consistency of mixture is too thick, add extra milk.
