1 cup deseeded and sliced tomatoes

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and to taste

Totally healthy exotic and quick salad to make and enjoy. I specially loved the combination of creamy avocado and tangy tomatoes with very minimum ingredients for dressing too. Enjoyed it with my Garlic bread and soup for dinner last night.
