1 medium bowl rice (chawal)
1 small bowl sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1 small bowl rajma (kidney beans)
1 small bowl sprouted channa
green chillies
coriander (dhania) leaves
2 tomatoes
mixed spice
1 tbsp buttermilk
2 onions
15 cashewnuts (kaju)
15 raisins (kismis)
ghee - for frying dryfruits
few cloves of garlic (lehsun)


  1. First shock rice.
  2. Cook rice till fully done.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits.
  4. Heat oil and add turmaric and garlic to oil and then add sprouted moung( do same with rajmah and chana, keep it seprately)add garam masala and salt to it.
  5. Take a baking tray and then gress it with ghee put sprouted moong and then speard a layer of rice and then put tomato and onion slices and then again spead layer of chana then rice and then dryfruits.
  6. After tht put rajmah mix and then again cover the dish from rice and arrange tomato and onions on it and then sprinkle butter milk on it.
  7. Back it in preheated oven for 10 min.
  8. Serve it.
